Brian Walsh is picking up SolidWorks quite fast! He modified the existing support of the Flatness Scanner and added some degree of freedom for a better alignment of laser and photodiode. Photodiode: coarse Y adjustment, XY translation stage + tilt in theta Laserdiode: coarse Y adjustment, tilt in theta .
