Preliminary 2D drawings derived from the 3D SolidWorks modells. Whenever I make a change in the 3D model,
SolidWorks automatically adjusts the 2D drawings =8-)

I started with the drawings of the alu baseplate and the HV frame since I don't expect big changes here and 
it contains enough details for a JLab crosscheck (by Paulo?) and for getting a quote. 
However ome of the next steps will be a proper gas flow thru the VDC, adding some  precision dowel pins, etc

Then the wire frame will follow ...
