Based on the Hades code I have written a QweakSimGarfield ROOT package, which can read in and display
the the raw XT output of Garfield. This package creates a dynamic ROOT lib, which will be loaded
within the ROOT macro for the ROOT class extention.
This package will replace Carissa's Maple script for the conversion XT-Garfield into formatted 3 column ASCII table
readable by ROOT
