I kluged together a code from ExampleN02 and QweakSim which has only the Cherenkov
counter. You can send in a beam of particles at it and see the response in the same format
as QweakSim's root file. Default is 1 GeV electron incident at "center" of Cherenkov.
I'm uploading it in the event it may be useful to someone at some point (for e.g. Cherenkov
light yield tests. Thank you to Klaus for writing good compartmentalized C++ code which made
the cutting and pasting easier.
