Glue Jig boards based on technical drawings and specifications

Material Specification:

The material should be a cast aluminum tooling plate (e.g. MIC-6). The flatness and parallelism of the top and bottom side should not exceed +-2mils. This might require to ground flat the tooling plate (e.g. blanchard ground).  Please quote for different flatness and parallelism  (e.g. no ground [+-5mils],  .... , +-2mils, +-1mil), so we can evaluate requirements vs. costs and expected delivery time. We are assuming a min. plate thickness of 0.75" but a larger thickness can be chosen for archieving our flatness and parallelism requirements.

The absolute thickness of the glue jig boards is uncritical. The only requirement is that all glue jig boards have the same matched thickness.

         Technical Drawings

We are assuming a machining tolerance in length and width of  +0.004"/-0.004”, in depth milling tolerances of +0.005"/-0.005” , and drill hole position tolerances of

+0.002"/-0.002”, unless otherwise specified. Dowel pin hole positions require a tolerance of +0.001"/-0.001", unless otherwise specified.
       The tolerances are non-cumulative.

The 3D CAD model of the drawings are available as eDrawings files and PDF files. The eDrawings files allow you to get a 3D view of the boards including all dimensions.
In addition it allows you operations like rotating, panning, zooming, measuring dimensions, or adding comments or remarks on the drawings.

-->  A free eDrawings viewer is available for download at http://www.edrawingsviewer.com .

Each drawing listed below comes in 4 versions. You only have to select one format:
               a) The drawing is an executable file which has an eDrawings viewer built-in.
               b) The drawing is a web page (*.htm) which has a built-in eDrawings viewer. Up to now it can only be opened with the Internet Explorer.
It does not work with other browsers like Firefox, Netscape, Opera, etc.
               c) The drawing is an eDrawings file. This requires that you must have the eDrawings viewer installed on your computer for opening these files.
               d) The drawing is a plain pdf file, that can be viewed with e.g. Acrobat Reader.

We need at least 2x GlueJig_LongBoard and 2x GlueJig_ShortBoard. Depending on the the aluminum sheet size used (e.g. 48" x 96") you might be able to cut out
4x GlueJig_LongBoard and 4x GlueJig_ShortBoard. Please quote for a quantity of 2 and 4 of each board type.
